1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website nevadazboho.com, operated by NevadazBoho.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale without limitation or reservation.

2. Products

NevadazBoho sells digital products only, including but not limited to:

  • PDF eBooks

  • Crochet patterns

  • Digital guides and downloadable files

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  • Select a digital product

  • Complete the checkout process

  • Provide accurate and complete billing information

  • Confirm payment

Once payment is successfully processed, the order is considered final and confirmed.

4. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

No shipping or handling fees apply, as all products are digital.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal (if enabled)

NevadazBoho does not store or have access to full payment card details.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically

  • Access is provided via:

    • Instant download on the order confirmation page, and/or

    • A download link sent by email

Delivery is typically immediate after payment confirmation.

7. No Right of Withdrawal / No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the digital product has been delivered

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive any right to a refund.

8. License and Use

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a:

  • Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product

The customer may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product

  • Reproduce the product for commercial purposes

  • Upload the product to public or private file-sharing platforms

Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the necessary software and devices to access digital files

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout

NevadazBoho is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses or incompatible devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NevadazBoho shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
    arising from the purchase or use of digital products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
